Come any time in March to taste brook trout with avocado, lentils and sour cabbage, Veal sweetbread with estragon sauce, guinea-fowl confit and breast. After this rich feast, you can enjoy a wonderful „Větrník“ with dulce de leche and vanilla from Madagascar.
