Even as a child, he was afraid that no one would cook properly for him, so he took matters into his own hands. He joined Mlynec in 2014 to support the cold kitchen and gradually went through all the posts. Vladimir is able to combine flavors in a really unexpected way and prefers local ingredients. If he were to recommend one dish it would be veal filet mignon. Láďa has a very positive attitude so it is a pleasure to work with him. He likes running and thinking about new dishes.
