Thanks to that I gained experience, learned a lot of new things and met people that later became my close friends. What I like the best about my job are the changes at Mlýnec, which make us move forward constantly.

Láďa Vaníček

Chef

Láďa Vaníček has been part of Mlýnec since 2014. He started in the cold kitchen, worked through every part of the operation and today leads the team as head chef. His cooking is built on honest craft, respect for ingredients and attention to detail. He enjoys new combinations, first-class ingredients and bringing out their full flavour, with zero waste and local producers as a natural part of his approach.

Vojtěch Demeter

Deputy manager

II have been working for the Zátiší Group for nearly seven years. Before that I worked in different Prague restaurants, where I got lots of experience. However, I got to know true quality gastronomy here at Mlýnec. My main goal is to look after our guests, which is what I enjoy the most.

Jiří Šubrt

As soon as I finished school in 1998 I had an interview with Mr.Sanjiv Suri. He impressed me so much that I have been working for him ever since. My job at the Mlýnec restaurant is to look after our guests and make sure they leave it really happy. I love meeting people from all the world and getting to know different cultures.

Markéta Svobodová

Guest Relations Manager

I love working with people. When I got the opportunity to work as a Guest Relations Manager for the Mlýnec restaurant I did not hesitate at all. Apart from daily routines at the reception I am also responsible for event organisation in our restaurant. What really makes me happy is when I see cheerful faces of our guests during events in our restaurant. I definitely think that people should eat more good and healthy food as it reflects their good mood and state.
