As it is quite common in the case of cooks, I do not talk a lot. Cooking is much more my piece of cake; it is what I can do and what I enjoy the most.
I am fascinated by Asia and its flavours, I enjoy bringing them together with tastes from the four corners of the globe and discovering completely new combinations. Who would think about making a kebab of salmon and prawns…?
Meeting Sanjiv Suri was the turning point of my career. Thanks to him I have discovered ethnic cuisines. I was inspired with his courage, creativity and ambition to set completely new standards in Czech gastronomy.
Concerning my favourite food, I am much more conservative than at work. I just love lamb.
